What We Do
Our mission at the San Antonio Housing Trust establishes that the primary purposes and goals of the Trust are to provide decent and affordable housing opportunities for low, moderate, and middle income families; and to effect the revitalization of the neighborhoods and downtown area through housing activities.
Adopted by the Board of Trustees of the San Antonio Housing Trust Fund upon its creation in 1989.

CEVALLOS LOFTS
Located at 301 E. Cevallos St. 252 units of which 25% restricted for affordable housing. Overall, the project will contain 66 studios (600-680 square feet), 74 one-bedrooms (705-913 square feet) and 112 two-bedrooms (945-1,331 square feet).
